Great provider. Mark and his P.A., Kayla, take time to really listen even when your concern may not be quite in their area. Have been going to for well over 10 years. They have done a neck and lower back fusion. No complaints. They really try to resolve your ortho issues. Love them!

would like to sincerely thank Dr. Dumonski and his team for the exceptional care I received before, during, and after my C6-C7 ACDF surgery. At first, I was very apprehensive about having surgery, but Dr. Dumonski took the time to thoroughly explain the risks and benefits to both me and my husband. His calm and informative approach made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision—without any pressure. What stood out even more was his personal follow-up: Dr. Dumonski called me the day after surgery to check on my recovery. That small gesture meant so much to me and truly reflected his compassion and dedication to his patients. I have no regrets about my decision and would highly recommend Dr. Dumonski for anyone considering spinal disc surgery.

My Friday appointment was with Dr. Dumonski but I never saw him. Instead, I was seen by a PA. She ordered 2 injections and indicated she would submit a prescription for pain med (Meloxicam) to be started Sun. a.m. No rx was submitted so I contacted the 'on call' MD Sat. a.m. He (a 2nd PA) offered to phone rx in but by mid day no contact from Costco, so I left a message w/Costco indicating I needed the rx Sat., for Sunday start. At pick up, pharm tech said order was scheduled for Monday. Fortunately, Costco was able to fill the rx Sat. Pain is hard to deal with and I wonder what other patients are dealing with if they aren't persistant or have an advocate. Long wait time at the office (3 others approached the receptionist to ask when they'd be seen), confusing appointment times (be there an hour early in case paper work isn't completed), 'same day appointment' on website was not available, and office ph message 'office open 9-1 Saturdays' (it isn't), were a few observations that… are troubling. I know you must care about your patients, but these issues need to be worked on.

After over 5 years of chronic back pain, several procedures, and lots of physical therapy I was told there was nothing else the doctors could do. My back pain was disabling and I wasn’t ready to accept the prognosis. I came to Dr. Dumonski to get another opinion. best decision ever! I felt seen at Guilford Orthopedic as they heard my concerns and were willing to consider surgical options. While hopeful, the doctors were very clear with me about to likelihood of success based on both the scientific evidence and their expert opinion. My spinal fusion was completed a little over a year ago. The staff were very attentive and responsive pre and post operative support. Long story short, my surgery was successful and I no longer have back pain. It’s hard to believe how far I’ve come. From struggling to sit for more than 30 minutes to walking and hiking miles, traveling as much as I want. I’m not longer limited in what I can do. For that, I will be forever grateful to Dr. Dumonski and… staff!

Dr. Dumonski and the entire team at Guilford Ortho was extremely good to work with and the care that I received was above and beyond, making my surgery and rehab a strong success!

Mark takes time to listen. While surgery is his forte, he encourages passive ways to avoid surgery, in my case major back surgery. If I ultimately have to have surgery, I'm confident he can fix my issues.

Guilford orthopedic staff and providers are extremely professional, compassionate and caring in every way. I am always able to get an appointment within a timely manner, waiting time in the lobby is very minimal, staff is prompt and efficient. Dr. Dumonski was compassionate and very concerned for my comfort. I highly recommend this group to anyone needing an orthopedic physician.

Dr. Dumonski is wonderful in every way. He takes time to listen and is very respectful and knowledgeable. The fusion he did for me two years ago has worked well. I have every confidence in him.

Appointment was easy the doctor was really nice I didn't have to wait a long time they treated me so kind and respect he's a good doctor she's a good doctor I look forward to seeing them again on my surgery I recommend anybody to them they are wonderful people
