Waited 2 1/2 hrs to see Dr. Alexander. He spent considerable time checking our son more thoroughly than most doctors and also really talked one on one with our son for a lengthy time and discussed really heartfelt issues concerning his medical situation and his life in general. We were all amazed at his ability to get to the heart of matters and really connect with our son on many issues. It was a lot of information to take in, but an amazing appointment. Dr. Alexander is unique and refreshing in his approach. We really appreciated that he is knowledgeable across other medical specialties to help put pieces together with complicated medical situations and not tunnel visioned in his own medical field. He is specific as to his medical opinions and objectives, and has a healthy holistic mindset as well. My son really liked him and respected him. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful in treatment from the first call to set the appointment, so we could manage care until we could get in to see the Dr. We left with some specific treatments, but we are just beginning testing, so we will see how it goes in treating the major medical problems presented.
