Trying to get an appointment and dealing with the front desk, and scheduler was a horrible time, and the staff are so very rude. I know that eating mcdonalds is probably part of a lot of people's lives, but eating it at your desk while in a cardiologist office, kind of messed up. Dealing with this office has added unnecessary stress after my heart attack. The amount of time spent with me discussing what had occurred was ok, however the discussion of medications was poor, advising that the statin drugs did not have any effect on other organs. Follow up appointments have been dropped because the staff can not get their act together to fax documents to my insurance company for a routine test as the doctors notes had to be sent out to be transcribed. Poor experience.
