Dr. Mark Lee, MD

Dr. Lee, Seems to be a very knowledgeable doctor and genuinely concerned with my health and the care that I was given. Also a very pleasant Doctor to discuss my medical condition with.

Referring to other comments > Dr Lee does look at his PC as he talks to you; But, that is where your medical information is... ON the PC! He spends sufficient time with me (5 visits) and tries to address my problem with a solution. He is easy to talk to. I have dealt with this Medical Group for over 20 years. The front desk personnel have ALWAYS been unfriendly, cold, abrupt and sometimes downright rude. My wife agrees.

Dr. Lee has been my physician for over ten years. I've found him to be competent and have never had a rude experience with his office staff.I do agree that using the clinic's computer system can give the feeling of "indifference" but Dr. Lee has always given me adequate time to discuss my health issues.

If Dr Lee sat down and talked to you for 10 minutes face to face he might become a more effective doctor. But, then he wouldn't be able to crank the patients in and out the way he does. $$$

The staff in the medical center needs a class in PR. You feel like you are interrupting their day with your presents.As for Doctor Lee. he needs to Liston to (you)instead of his computer. I was in the hospital three times he never came to see me or did he know I was even in the hospital. I tried to get appointment the other day and he is booked for the next two weeks. I asked if I could see another doctor and was told (No) I had to see Dr. Lee's PA. Time to look for another Doctor, and Clinic. A Very disappointed Patient !!!

I'm sure Dr. Lee is an adequate doctor, but he does not look at you when you are in the examining room. He is just typing in his computer as he talks to you, but does not appear to observe.

Will not return to this doctor, felt rushed, he acted uninterested. Front desk staff was very rude and unfriendly. They treated you as though you were annoying them and they conveyed this attitude to everyone not just me. Some nurses treated you like you with impatience. The entire staff from doctors down to front desk personnel need some real good PR training because the attitude of rudeness and unfriendliness is felt immediately! Patients are not "cattle - - - get'um in, get'um out" (as quickly as possible!). Patients are there because they trust your skills and training and they need your help, please show a little more kindness and caring attitude and if you can't, maybe it's time to move on!
