Dr. Mark Bradley Kabins, MD

My husband has had major spine fusions in his back and neck twice with Dr. Kabins and we have known him and many of his other patients for over 20 years. He is known to be the best in Las Vegas for sure, but honestly i doubt you could find a better more committed, more professional and caring surgeon anywhere. Everyone I have ever met who has had the good fortune to have him as a surgeon says the same thing. Not only is he highly proficient in his fields of expertise, but he is a truly decent human being and treats his patients that way too. I note there is some mention of a felony. His refusal to rat out colleagues and testify against them is the reason they dropped the hammer on him it is not because of any unethical practices on the part of Dr. Kabins, who could not be more legitimate in any way. And yes, the wait can be trying, I won't say we've ever waited as long for any other doctor. The reason for the wait is because when you see him, he takes as much time with you as you… need and is extremely thorough. This is something no other dr, especially a surgeon, is doing today. and they need to be for a patient to receive proper and complete diagnosis and care. Make the appointment, check in, and let the staff know you're going to run a couple of errands. They may even call you when your appointment time is getting close if you're nice. They usually know at the point of your check in about how long the wait is so you can do something else in the meantime. Both surgeries were completely successful. walking is the key after surgery he will tell you and I believe its true. Dr. Kabins associate also did two knee surgeries on my husband and she was a very good surgeon as well. Up running around only an hour after torn miniscus, two perfect outcomes also.

I had two appointments and the first appointment we waited and the visit took almost five hours. This is second appointment that we are still waiting after three hours and still have not been seen. This was just to follow up on paperwork faxed a few weeks ago. I’ve never waited this long even in an urgent care with a lobby full of patients. They need to be more respectful of patients time. The first appointment I had to be hours late to work and this appointment my daughter is waiting at a friends to get picked up. We are now going to hit rush hour traffic if and when we leave. I really hope he is a good surgeon.

Dr. Kabins has been my surgeon for 2 decades and performed no less than six spine surgeries both lumbar and cervical on me due to a degenerative condition I have. Every time a surgery has been performed my pre-surgical condition greatly improved thus, all the proof I need to classify Dr. Mark Kabins an Outstanding Surgeon / Doctor. Dr. Kabins is a person who actually cares for his patients as humans, not as patients with a band on their wrists as others in his field.

I had neck fusion surgery on 11/28/2017. Dr Kabins is absolutely the BEST Doctor you will find!! He KNOWS what he is doing, I was so scared at 1st, I canceled my 1st surgery, after talking with other patients & meeting his team, I went through with the surgery and am SO glad I did!! He is METICULOUS about his work and it shows!! Thank You Dr Kabins!! The office is long but he is definitely worth the wait!

He has his butt covered no malpractice suites due to being in bed with all Attorneys in Las Vegas he put my hardware in crooked screw broke he was great up till the surgery then his bedside manner compley changed and he showed his true self

cervical 3 thru 5 fusion resulted in total resolution of chronic cervical pain and headaches which I had endured for 4 or 5 years prior. Can not put a value on correct diagnosis and follow thru treatment. Excellent staff and care post-surgical - no complications. Highly recommend this Doctor
