Have you seen Dr. Mark Kuby?

This post from 2011 and people changes may have taken place..... The person who answers Dr. Kuby's business phone is not very professional and actually kind of combative with no sense of empathy for her customers. She is curt and oversteps her position with her behavior and remarks. Once, she actually hung up on me. It's a shame when doctors work so hard at both getting their education and developing their practices (business) and customer base that a person in such a position rains all over their progress. The face-to-face reception and that of the MA's and PA's is quite good and professional and I couldn't be happier with Dr. Kuby and his immediate staff. He would be a good choice for your physician. It is hoped the business manager addresses the employee who answers their phones otherwise I believe their business will suffer.
