My father was there for a consult. We arrived about 8-815am. appt was at 8:30 am.. We didn't get into a patient care room until 10:00am and by 11:00 am we were still waiting. We left the office before ever seeing the dr. Office staff states they were waiting on his medical records and the dr refused to see him until then. They did not offer to reschedule (this appt was setup well over 2 weeks prior to today) they should of had the records by now. We won't be back. Office staff was extremely rude...the patient rooms were a good 10-15 degrees colder than the waiting room. For an elderly person who has vascular and circulation problems this type of temperature degree can be the difference between being uncomfortable for someone like me with no health problems and for someone like my dad be in extreme pain due to the cold. Very disappointed as he was recommended by my father's internist.

Misdiagnosed and given completely ineffective antibiotics. Doctor & staff rarely returned calls. Doctor uncaring regarding pain control.
