I've been seeing Dr. Schubert for over 30 years. He has helped me with regard to my allergies, bronchitis, etc. He is a superb diagnostician and a very understanding physician. I would, and have recommended him to friends, family and neighbors.

Dr. Schubert is one of the nicest doctors I have ever been to. He cares about his patients and is always willing to help you no matter what. He takes time with you and listens to what you have to say. I started my journey with Dr. Schubert 3 years ago and I am glad I did.

Dr. Schubert and his staff are excellent. He is a very intelligent and kind doctor. I had chronic and sinus infections. He helped me overcome them so that I do not need a monthly dose of antibiotics. Dr. Schubert also found an endocrine disease that the endocrinologist missed. He definitely changed my life. His staff is also very professional and welcoming. You can look at the stars and move on, or read my gory story below. My grandfather had a collection of nose drops, Vicks inhalers and associated early 20th century treatments on the table. His dresser drawer had acreage committed to handkerchiefs. My sister had childhood asthma. I was plagued by congestion, headaches and a sprinting nose from my earliest memories. Men in my family are known by the distinctive tone we emit as we blow our noses. Our wives sit together, talk about it and laugh when one of us honks from another room. I lived in a place that shut my sinuses closed in winter, the pollens of spring made me a second cousin to Niagara Falls. I visited an allergist. My skin test briefly looked like I'd participated in a Sepik River coming of age ceremony. Allergy shots began. My sinuses bricked up and stopped running. I quit that doctor. I soon had sinus infections, ultimately emitting clear, green and brown "drainage." I've taken so many antibiotics for sinus infection I am about three rungs up the ladder of bacterial antibiotic resistance. I visited an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist. In fact, I visited three, each one removing parts of my sinuses. The major one cleaned out what the surgeon called a "peanut butter" of fungus infection. I learned what "crusts" are. The next two further opened the new Carlsbad Caverns of my head. I learned to irrigate daily, washing crusts away with saline solution. One sick day, floored again by ongoing nasal infection I made a serious search for a new allergist. My search led to Dr. Schubert. He consistently rates as a Phoenix Top Doc. He and his staff refound my myriad allergies and stepped me gradually up the ladder of allergen resistance with weekly, then monthly, injections. My sinus infections continued if I did not irrigate daily. I'd still visit my family doc or Ear, Nose, Throat surgeon for my occasional doses of bacteria-nuking antibiotics. Infections always returned. Dr. Schubert recommended a new ENT Doctor, a member of the Top Docs list for Phoenix. For the first time in decades, I am infection-free, my nose does not put the look of panic in the eyes of young mothers in supermarkets, and the handkerchief acreage in my dresser has be cut by 3/4. Dr. Schubert stays on the leading edge of knowledge in his profession, he listens when I need to talk about sinus details on my annual situation update, he's the cornerstone for a treatment of symptoms plaguing me since birth. I encourage you, don't end up with Tricolor mucus. See the right doctor first. Dr. Schubert may well be your guy.

i had recently been released from a hospital. I could hardly walk, but as my routine allergy shots were a necessity, I made the painful decision to go to Dr. Schubert's office. During my hospital stay, my blood pressure medication had been switched. Thus, when I entered Dr. Schubert's office after my release, I was--for the first time--informing the nurse that my medicine had been changed, thus an allergy could not be given. Having made the trip, and waiting for a lengthy time in the waiting room I insisted that the medicine had been changed, and since my primary physician's address and phone number was on file, the nurse had every opportunity to contact the physician involved. Rather than choose available options, the nurse effectively called me a liar. On my next visit, I was armed with documentation proving my earlier claim. The nurse hid and refused to acknowledge she made a mistake. . Afterwards, I asked to see Dr. Schubert but he refused to see me. He had his nurse… hand me a scribbled, nearly illegible note. Thus, my legitimate medical needs and concerns were summarily dismissed.
