Where do I start with my hellish experience with Dr. Borsand, I was only 20 when I got a breast augmentation done with him. After I had paid my deposit I noticed that he had a groupon for less than I paid, that was my first red flag. After he performed the operation, I got a hematoma which he fixed. Then I noticed my boobs dropping very quickly and my nipple was misplaced to the top of my breast AKA they bottomed out with in 3 months. The implants I got were only 350CC and the finance lady told me it was my fault they bottomed out because the size I got was too big. Doing my research and being a biomedical engineer I knew this was actually because the pocket had been over dissected, with many other doctors telling me the size was very appropriate for my body. I ended up paying Borsand more money to fix the bottoming out. When in there he found both implants were "defective" (statistically impossible) and wanted me to sign a release form so he could get the warranty money for the second… surgery I had paid for. He tried to get me to sign this right after he told me I'd need to have ANOTHER surgery to fix the ripple in the implant that was sitting under my nipple and nerve causing me great pain only a few weeks after the surgery. I refused to sign this as it was also me waving my rights for legal action, and was sent a bill for the warranty amount back dated to my surgery that arrived in the mail 6 month later. After not paying this bill or signing the release I was sent to collections for the warranty amount. Eventually I had to go to another surgeon Dr Malek and had the most positive experience and am so happy with my results. But I had to experience so much pain because my implants were under filled a very avoidable mistake along with all my other issues. Be warned Dr. Borsand Isn't a board certified plastic surgeon and is all about quantity over quality. Save your money go to someone else.

My past experiences with Dr Borsand were quite good. I've recommended others as patients, but those procedures had great results. It's when things don't turn out as they should, the experience becomes a nightmare. One that no one wants to acknowledge. It's when things don't go right, that those involved should try to acknowledge the patients concern and work toward making it right.

Dr. B and his staff are simply amazing!! I saw several surgeons before I chose him and I knew right away that I wanted him to be my surgeon. His beside manner is amazing which is so refreshing. He answered all of my questions. His staff was amazing. Not to mention his surgery skills are amazing. I would recommend him to everybody.

Dr. Borsand & staff are very organized and in sync, creating a seamless experience, both in the exam rooms as well as the surgical facility.

I had never had any type of cosmetic surgery. I went to get several doctors in the area for consultations. Most acted like they didn't have time or were doing me a favor. Doc Borsand and his staff took the time to make me feel comfortable, explained everything to the fullest, and listened to what I wanted. I definitely would refer my own mother here (I have).

My consistent experience and results are more than exceptional. I have had several procedures with Dr. Borsand. His talent, expertise, and care has improved my life experience. I was a happy person. Now I am a much, much happier person. Sometimes plastic surgery is the solution. I am grateful for all services received. I thank God, everyday, for Dr. Borsand! I appreciate the genuine efforts, made too, by his friendly staff. Keep up the good work everybody. I will keep coming back.

I love this place! From the girls at the front desk to the Dr's in the back! Everyone makes you feel safe and comfortable, like you're family. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

This doctor has no business practicing plastic surgery. He must have a good attorney because he gets away with botching people all the time. It took my new plastic surgeon 2 surgeries to fix the breast augmentation botch job he did on me. You were warned! Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!
