i wish doctors would educate their patients more instead of asking, "Do you have any questions?" If patients were given information to read or suggestions of reading material prior to the first or second visit the patient could ask questions which may prevent unnecessary pain and unease after surgery. Dr. Brian is a caring, knowledgeable, and factual professional. I just would like all doctors to offer more comprehensive information through reading or website recommendations. The offering of a breast cancer pre-surgery class as hospitals do for new parents would help.

My only complaint is how they billed me. I was told I was responsible for 100%. I paid and when I submitted my claim for reimbursement, I was denied because they were already paid. I had said to the front office staff that my insurance would cover. I was told it didn't!
