Dr. Mary Felicia Dailey-Smith, MD

Dr. Mary Dailey-Smith is an excellent, conscientious, caring doctor. She takes the time to make sure you get the care you need. I have cancer and need a lot of treatment, tests and medications. She makes sure I get the care I need and because I am on Medicare she is conscious of the need to be aware of the financial end of the care.

Had been going to this doctor since they shorty had opened. They were very concerned about you as a patient, took time to talk to you and seemed to care. Then the office changed and appointments were needed with a two week waiting period. If you went to see them because you were ill, you were told NO WALK INs. This office has totally become nothing more than a money machine for every thing from weight loss programs, stop smoking, etc. I had to see the doctor because of difficulty breathing and after arguing with the receptionist who said no more walk ins, found me a time slot an hour and a half later. Shortly after the visit I received a certified letter and one sent by regular mail, that they (Doctor Smith) were canceling our relationship.

They do not return Val's they don't want to check your chart they expect you to know everything. Her staffers on the phone don't identify themselves to you

Dr. Mary Dailey-Smith listens to what you are saying and uses this information to point her in the direction of your problem. She never ignores you and explains to you what and why you are feeling this way.

They do not answer phone calls- Medicine given to me - Had a negative effect and did not help me at all. Will not go back to Dr. Smith again.

Called the office to inquire about the diet program that they advertise. The person who answer the phone seemed bothered by my questions and during mid sentence placed me on hold, after 15 minutes of holding I just hung up and didn't give this doctor's office another thought.

I had be going to her for years, and my blood pressure one day was almost 190/124 I called for an appointment and no one would see me. I changed Doctors.

Dr. Smith's husband has taken over this office and has turned a medical profession into a patient mill. Dr. Smith wont see you.. her nurses will... and they will diagnose you and fill a script... doctor? Where?

I think that Dr. Dailey-Smith is one of the best physicians that I've ever met. She was the only one who listened to me when I told her something was wrong with my chest. She did some tests and found my lung cancer! It was in the early stages and now I am cancer free - I thank God for my excellent Doctor!

My husband went to Dr. Dailey-Smith after a terrible experience with a Dr. in Rome. She discovered dangerously high 400+ cholesterol and with diet and meds had his cholesterol under 100 in 8 weeks. He stated that in his 50+ years he had never had an MD give him such personal attention nor seem so genuinely engaged in patient care. Thanks to Dr. Dailey-Smith we were able to procure new health insurance for my husband that went from $810/mo to $410/mo. To the detractors, to some degree you must advocate and take responsibility for your care. We did when we left the care of the physician in Rome. Thank the good Lord we found Dr. Dailey-Smith as it is likely she saved my husbands life.
