I must tell that the first impression it was hideous. I contacted their office in order to get an appointment and they were very rude. My appointment is going to be until July and the way to get information from you is so poor and not polite. Unfortunately there are not enough specialists and because my desperation for my child health makes me to accept anything even disrespectful ways . They are not doing charity. We are paying this service.I hope the experience with the Dr gives me a reason to go ahead with this bad experience with the staff.
Dr. V. herself is fine, but we switched endocrinologists almost immediately after our son's diagnosis with Type 1 diabetes because of her staff. Her office is incredibly rude. Responses and call backs do not exist. When you do get them, they are short with you and have actually hung up on us before the conversation was over. There are few choices for pediatric endocrinologists, but we recommend going to any others and making the drive if necessary rather than going to this office. Diabetes is hard enough without dealing with people like this.
Ver rude to my son and myself. Was not much help at all.. she did more repramanding than she did helping to fix the issues. Very poor experience.
She doesn't NOT know what she's doing...At all.
