Dr. Matthew Howard Zornitzer, MD

I had an entrapped ulnar nerve involving my left forarm and hand. Dr. Dr.Zornitzer quickly made the diagnosis and sent me to a neurologist for nerve testing localize the damage.. He released the nerve with a short outpatient surgical procedure. It totally healed in a little over a month. Most symptoms recovered immediately; it will take a while for the previously damaged nerve to grow back.

I went to Dr. Zornitzer for a second opinion and chose him to be my surgeon due to him being a good listener, patient, honest and friendly and explaining the procedure clearly. His staff was also very helpful and nice. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my surgery with how my finger functions today. I would highly recommend Dr. Zornitzer!

I had tennis elbow from playing tennis. Cortisone injection, rest, and, physical therapy did not stop the pain. I had elbow surgery performed by Dr. Zornitzer and now 31/2 months later I am playing tennis again, and, without any pain. Excellent work by Dr. Zornitzer.

My teenage son saw Dr. Zornitzer after suffering a distal radial (wrist) fracture that was displaced. Dr. Zornitzer performed a thorough examination of my son and decided that the best course of action would be to perform a surgical procedure to insert pins to help the healing process. He made this decision thoughtfully based upon my son's age, examining an x-ray of my son's growth plates and after considering what Dr. Zornitzer thought would be the best possible course of healing. The surgery went smoothly and after about six weeks in a cast, my son's wrist is feeling great. I believe that the decision to perform the surgery was a good one and will decrease the likelihood of any future wrist issues. Dr. Zornitzer was attentive at all follow up appointments. He was always on time with all appointments and his staff was always courteous and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Zornitzer!

One of the best doctors I have ever been to. Attentive, Smart, Clear in his diagnosis and had my broken wrist and elbow back in shape quicker than you can imagine.

Dr. Zornitzer took great care of my broken pinky finger and also the trigger finger that developed in my ring finger while I was healing. His staff is great and he also recommended a great hand therapist. I was very happy with everything.

I injured my finger while rescuing someone on a rollercoaster . I am a firefighter so i use my hands a lot. Dr. Zornitzer performed surgery on my finger and it was painless during and after the surgery. The services I received were excellent from my first visit to my last visit from Dr. Zornitzer and the staff. I was nervous about getting the surgery but Dr. Zornitzer assured me it would be successful and made me comfortable. The initial visit , surgery and follow up went smooth. I’m very happy my doctor referred me to Dr. Zornitzer as my surgeon. And the best part about the surgery is the scar from the stitches is barely visible and my finger feels brand new. Thank you Dr. Zornitzer and staff, especially Jackie. She was definetly instrumental in getting my paperwork for work complete as well. Overall my experience was EXCELLENT and I recommend him for any orthopedic needs.

Dr. Zornitzer is friendly and patient and explains your procedure clearly and with care. I was taken care of very very well by the staff and Dr. Zornitzer. He accessed my condition, gave solutions and was able to schedule & perform surgery very quickly without the long wait like many other places. I would highly recommend Dr Zornitzer and although I hope I do not need his services again any time soon, I will feel comfortable and confident in choosing him again to be my doctor.

Dr. Zornitzer performed arthroplasty on my ring finger. He did a fantastic job. His office staff is very helpful and considerate. I would recommend him to anyone with a hand issue. I found him to be very thorough and he would always take the time to explain and answer all my questions. I had a great experience in my three months of care. Again let me say a great doctor!!!

As luck would have it, I broke my right index finger and damaged my left thumb in two separate instances during the past few years. However, I was really fortunate to have Dr. Z successfully perform both surgeries well enough to be back on the basketball court. His professional demeanor, consultative approach, empathy and willingness to do what was in my best interest was highly commendable. Most importantly, his surgical expertise and skill were outstanding and I am grateful that he was my surgeon. Highly recommended.
