Dr. Kennedy is warm, thorough, and caring, the perfect physician for someone with a chronic illness. She is a wonderful, rare balance of a doctor who is on top of current science and research and a doctor who listens, remembers, and cares. Also, getting through to her office is usually easy, phone calls are promptly returned, and even though the woman at the front desk who also answers phones may seem gruff, she has a heart of gold and will warm up to you after going there a time or two.
