Dr Giraldo is an awesome TRASPLANT doctor. He did my kidney transplant and saved me many of time with other surgeries. He is very acurarate Has the know of his diagnoses, wonderful dr to explain your health problems with the pacient and the family even the youngest one (6 yrs old!!). Beside and foloow up is great. I belive in this doctor and he is great at what he does.

After several other surgeons had declined to work on my critically ill daughter. Dr Giraldo performed a liver surgery that her life.Prior to engaging his services (as a former hospital administrator), asked many of his peers for advice. He had come very highly recommended. I noticed that his rating does not mentione that he completed a fellowship at Harvard Medical School which we have in fact verified. His services were originally solicited by several of the large tertiary care facilities in East Texas to provide Kidney transplants in which during a five year period, he has amassed an unrivaled reputation. In addition to saving my daughters life, he has a reputation for performing difficult liver procedures. He is a truly outstanding surgeon and is of the rare breed that will take the time to "get to know the person" a treats them with dignity as opposed to just a number on a chart.
