Stay away and do not let him “treat” your loved ones. My elderly mom was hospitalized and he jeopardized her care while in critical condition, never seen a “doctor” so rude, incompetent and inconsiderate. If he gets assigned to you just do everything possible to request someone else he is literally dangerous!!!

I have made appointments to see the doctor only to be moved to the nurse practitioner without prior notice. The biggest problem is making appointments it takes multiple calls leaving messages to get a return call. I am on call four for the current round. I like the doctor and he comes highly recommended by my favorite doctor who I trust. If I make it to call six I am changing doctors.

Dr. Mayur Patel and his staff are unprofessional and arrogant. He must not have learned a code of ethics in his native India. Shameful individual.

Our experience with Dr. Patel was perfunctory. He disregarded the orders of my Oncologist and prescribed my lung function test to suit his needs. His office staff is USELESS. My Oncologist sent over STAT orders for my lung function test and told me Dr. Patels staff would call to schedule the appointment but if I didn't hear from them by the end of the day, to phone. I did. I told the gal what I needed. I spent 2 hours in the office and DID NOT HAVE THE TEST because the gal DIDN'T SCHEDULE the test. NOW MY CHEMO IS DELAYED A WEEK.

Dr. Mayur Patel is one of the best in the medical industry. He is hard working and strives to give his patient's the best care possible. He often goes above and beyond the call of duty.

I am a patient with an exstensive medical history including many bone loss surgeries and when he took me on as a patient he knew this info. but as the years when by, he & his staff began to lack in my medical care as much as my treatment for Sickle Cell Crisises. During ER visits or admissions the staff became belligerent loud and hung up the phone in my family's face several times while asking for the doctor to come see me in the ER. FINALLY, I FIRED HIM AS MY PRIMARY CARE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE I KNOW OR DON'T KNOW EVER.

Dr. Patel was supposed to be our "interim" G.P. for my mother. He has done wonders for my mom, as he listens to what she says (and what she doesn't say). He's careful about not over-prescribing, and has struck a good balance.He seems to genuinely care about his patients. We feel lucky to have him as our *permanent* doctor!
