Dr. Mayur Ramnik Trivedi, MD

The initial visit for my upper GI endoscopy was planned, I received a phone call that my hospital appointment had to be canceled or I WOULD BE HIT WITH A BIG BILL....this after they recorded 4 insurance's that I have. I had my Humana Case worker call the office to see what the problem was for holding up my needed procedure. The case worker called me back and said the staff was so vague and could not get any straight answers about my situation. This after my Primary doc recommended Dr. Trevedi. I have 4 insurance plans and could not get the help I needed. On top of having simulated panic attacks ending in the ER and extreme blood pressure spikes due to the leg surgery and antibiotics. It is a slap in the face to go to a doctor whose staff want to dump you when you really needed it.

For starters the person answering the phones Tevee was very rude, and not helpful at all. She seems to really not care, nor does she listen to anything you have to say. She's not very knowledgable to my very simple GI related questions on my medication, or my current symptoms. I had my very first and sadly last appt with this unorganized unhappy office. When you walk into the office it's as though everyone hates each other and are so unhappy to work there. The only kind hearted person was the office manager. She was hilarious! She had me cracking up. The Dr however not so friendly just quick "You need a colonoscopy" really? No other tests? No lab work? No ordering of any scans? Nothing? He was actually wearing scrubs! Not very professional. Also you can hear everything the staff is saying you would think they'd wait till after patients left to complain to each other about each other. The only time the levee was smiling was when the dr. would come out of his office. Will not be… returning to this mess of an office. There are other GI offices in the Thousand Oaks area.

Great staff, very informative, super friendly. Made the whole experience a pleasant one. This being my fist colonoscopy I was very nervous, but the staff, and Dr. Trivedi, answered all my questions. Dr. Trivedi was very knowledgeable, and had great bedside manners, which really set my mind at ease.

Wonderful staff. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They got me right in same day I called. The doctor was very pleasant answered all my questions and took his time. I didn't feel rushed.
