Dr. Mazen is a wounderful pediatrician, very knowledgeable and helpful. He has taken good care of my daughter. I would rate him more than 5

This is a clinic that charges single mothers no show fees of $125 dollars for appointments that the clinic scheduled, not the parent and they are Medicaid patients which to the best of everything I have researched on the internet is not allowed in Michigan. The staff is unfriendly and rude. The doctor is great but with unfair billing practices and rude staff I would not recommend this clinic to my friends or family.

Great doctor ! Horrible staff. Any time my son has been sick and I have called to try and get him in they have been too booked. They wouldn't even try to get him in that day or even within the two days following. They just tell me they're booked and nothing they can do. Which is really unfortunate because we are now switching doctors for our son. Would have loved to stay with him since he has been with my son since birth at the hospital but they have horrible staff who just don't seem to care for their patients.
