I’m not sure where to begin to say what a phenomenal experience I had with Dr Massrour, nurse Robin and staff Brittney. I needed immediate help for a serious condition. After finding them online, I was thrilled when a live person actually answered the phone and I didn’t get a recording that said “we’ll call you back in 3 business days”. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. After listening to my extensive critical history and report review, Dr Massrour and staff spent their lunch hour giving me the needed treatment and have scheduled the necessary follow-up appointments. The relief I have knowing they are in my corner and the successful treatment is going to enable me to begin to recover. Thank you Dr Massrour you went above and beyond!!!!

Dr. Massrour is kind and listens to my concerns. I have been happy with his quick response to solving my pain issues. The staff as well is very attentive and kind and they always make me laugh!

It took about 30 minutes to fill out intake forms and immediately after completion I was taken into an exam room. Dr Massrosr entered the room in about 3 minutes. He asked many questions, which were necessary in my case. He referred to my paperwork, asking questions for clarification from me. He was friendly, good humored and empathetic. I feel very confident that I have been sent to the best provider who will be able to give me the best outcome for my issue.

Dr. Massrour is a doctor who cares about his patients well being. Have been seeing him for acute pain. Like many doctors, he is doing what he can legally do to help with pain. I recommend him as I have seen several pain doctors over the last 25 years who seem to care about getting paid only, opposed to my needs.

It was refreshing to go to a doctor that just didn't want to load me up with pills to mask my pain. After 3 quick and painless injections from an actual anesthesiologist that knows how to treat and help pain. My back is in better shape then ever before!
