I've known Dr. Mikazemi since he was an Intern practicing in a small community Hospital. He is always polit and well manner. Why I write to you people? I had Chicken Pox at age 28 and I had never seen a chicken pox patient. Every places that I have ever worked, I was always prevented to go to the patient's room. I remember very clear it was a friday that I broke with rashes all over me and I didn't know what it was. I called every ER and I was told not go there because no cure for Chicken Pox and it needs to go through its course. I called several offices to see anyone would see me and everyone gave me an appointment for two weeks ahead and told me to go to ER if it is life threatening. I was so frighten and I have no families and worried if my chicken pox spread to my lungs and with my asthma, what should I do? I have have seen patient being taking by helicopter transffered to U OF Mwhen chicken pox spread to their lungs at older age.I remember Dr Mirkazemi, I was lucky the day I called he was at the hospital. I explained to him my situations, I don't know what I have all over my body and no hospitals or doctors accepting me and I have a fear of dying in my apartment over the weekend. He did a house call and saved my life. I owe my life to him, his wife and his two beatiful childern. He is a true humanitrian and good hearted physician and you can't see this in today real world.Greatfully,Lida Roustaie, RN, BSN, RRT.
