I switched to Maternal Gynerations so that I could deliver at Gwinnett Medical & couldn’t be happier that I did & found Dr. Watkins! Great through my whole pregnancy & I also loved the other doctors that I rotated through to meet everyone in the practice. Phenomenal office staff as well. I had a couple of scares with my pregnancy & they were very quick to call back & even get me in same-day if needed, even if it was just for my peace of mind. I had full confidence in my care & the health/safety of my unborn child in her hands. They are SUPER busy at all times but that’s because everyone wants to go there! If you want the best you’ll have to be willing to wait a little.

Dr Melanie Watkins is a wonderfully caring and charismatic doctor. She had her hands full with my pregnancy as I needed a pacemaker implanted in my 3rd trimester. She held my hand throughout the surgery and made my fears subside. My babies delivery couldn't have been better. Truly a wonderful doctor!

Dr. Watkins is an amazing doctor. She delivered my baby boy with ease and no complications. She is extremely professional and she also makes you feel comfortable. I am so happy i found her and i would recommend her 100%.

Dr. Watkins is such a wonderful doctor. She was the 1st to diagnose my PCOS and has really helped me understand what that is. She has a great bedside manner and truly cares about my well-being. I cannot say enough great things about her. Highly recommend!

Dr. Watkins was very thorough, thoughtful and made me feel as if I was the only patient she had that day. I felt as if she was listening and paying attention to my past history and current concerns. I would recommend Dr. Watkins to my friends and anyone who needed a recommendation. Her staff showed concern to my individual situation in that I was in a wheelchair and even though the special bed that lowers and raises for ease of transfer from the chair to the bed was not convenient to Dr. Watkins or on her 'side' of the facility they did not hesitate to utilize this room for my comfort, not the Dr.'s .or the staff. The appointment was definitely all about me and my needs.

Dr. Watkins is the best in every way. She spent plenty of time with me and made me feel very comfortable at every visit. When labor started to take a wrong turn she reacted quickly and turned a potential major problem into a minor hiccup, and my baby arrived safely and is healthy and happy. I could not possibly recommend her more.

Dr. Watkins was/is great! She performed my hysterectomy on New Years Eve 2012! She had the task of informing my husband abt the possibility of cancer. Her caring, informative and sincere manner was truly a God-send. We had to wait for three days to get the results but that wasn't her doing, it was the hospital techs. She called me each day to be sure I was doing well and gave me the great news that the test results were negative!!!!! I place great value in the this doctors dedication and knowledge, but most of all her sincerity. She's a five star in our books!
