Dr. Walker treated me for Diabetes while I resided in the San Antonio area. She was always moved with compassion and very attentive to my needs. In addition to prescribing suitable medication, she encouraged a regimen of diet and exercise. She provided additional reading material and relevant referrals. Because of Dr. Walker's passion for her profession, my condition is under control with significant weight loss.

Patient, Professional, Accurate, and Understanding

Great visit, efficient and good bedside manner

It takes several phone calls and messages to communicate with the office and physician. After 3 weeks waiting for a referral, I had to find my own specialist that accepted my insurance and left several messages for them to write the referral. In the end, they sent a referral but never authorized it with my insurance. Tried to get my medical records when moving and gave up after 8 messages and requests. The physician herself seemed rather condescending, and somewhat argumentative. None of my experiences in the time I was under her care were positive.

wI Treferred to this Doctor by my in surance Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tex. The Staff in The Office Was extremley rude and uninformed she hung up the telephone twice, I then traveled to the office to find out the problem,maybe talk to th dr. once I identified myself this woman on the phone stateded she was on the fhone with the doctor I asked to speak to her,and was told no in loud voice,she continued to say if I did not leave she will call the police. Iresponded I am a new papient and I have not done anything wrong.I had to sit down to catch my breath.awful disrespectful.
