Spends Time with Me
My mother was in a motor vehicle accident and was in a lot of pain and very upset. She was rushed to the emergency room by ambulance. My 10 y.o cousin was also in the car at the time of the accident and was also rushed to the emergency room. Dr. Burkhart was the attending physician for both of them. She showed no care! Was very rude and short with my mother. No bedside manner at all. My mother didn't want any pain medication because she doesn't like it. But right off the bat before discharging her she said, i ONLY will give you Motrin as if my mother was drug seeking. Then my cousin asked the nurse if he could get a note for school for the next day to stay home due to extreme seat belt bruising and rash from the airbags (So he was in quite a bit of pain), she looked at the nurse and said, No he can go to school tomorrow.
If i ever go to Taylor Emergency Room again and she is the attending physician, i will ask to have a different physician be assigned or i will leave!
I don't understand how she ever got a job at Crozer. Crozer might want to rethink her contract in the upcoming years.
