We were out of town and needed an emergency refill of one of Dr. Dean's compounded prescriptions. I called her office 2 times asking that she call a local pharmacy in Las Vegas with the script. Also, the local pharmacist in Las Vegas called her office twice trying to get the prescription. Neither call was returned. This wasn't the first time we've had problems contacting this office when out of town. This practice has no concept of customer satisfaction. I guess if she can't pick up a fee for doing something she has no interest in helping her patients. Neither my wife or I will be using her again, and I would advise new patients considering her look for other alternatives to this practice.

Very accomodating. Staff was great. No wait to speak of.
