Dr. Menachem Wakslak I have to stop & take the time out to write a review in regards to these two incredible doctors, whom both go out of there way for there patient's, making sure the both of you are on the same page & comfortable. From walking in their medical offices 2+ years ago in my early 80's, I received a wonderful & warm experience from start to finish. From the front & back office staff, to each of my medical procedures, managing my ongoing health, along with my doctors addressing any health concerns or questions I have, I quickly realized I was in the finest care. This highly skilled & knowledgeable medical practice is the best of the best & if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. After my 1st procedure I came home the same day on a Sunday, when I received a phone call that evening with my doctor's just checking in on how I was feeling, I knew these would be my forever doctor's. This man did a cardiac ablation on my husband, then promptly left the country for 2 weeks and never followed up with his patient, nor appointed anyone else as a substitute to follow up. It was only when I called him after his return, that he submitted a procedure report that was in total opposition to what I was told immediately after the procedure - basically my husband stopped breathing, and had complications. I have called two more times asking for information so we can properly treat my husband who hovered on the brink of death for weeks. Still no follow up or interest. He is reckless, uncaring, incompetent and untruthful. Keep away, keep away. Now looking into filing malpractice.
