Dr. Michael Samuel Agron, MD

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. He is WAY overcharging compared to other doctors when he “works” emergency. He is being a third party to bill for other doctors thus upping the $ to make himself. We didn’t even see him in emergency and he doesn’t refer to that doctor at all on paperwork.

Great staff and service from the time I got there until I was finished. This place was very accommodative and the nursing staff as well as the physicians are really impressive

First impression walking in cute and kid friendly. Wait time was zero- we filled out ppwork online prior to arrival which i am sure helped. Dr had awesome bedside manners and he seemed genuinely concerned about my daughter. I would definitely return to this facility if I had to.

Please avoid the Methodist Hospital Emergency Room in Arcadia if you can safely make it to another one. The shady business practices of Dr. Michael Agron, who bills on behalf of the emergency room doctors, will make you regret visiting no matter the level of care you received. Despite being high-priced doctors, they operate their billing practice like a fly-by-night business -- charging for services they didn't provide, refusing to talk about it the charges at their nameless "customer service" office, and quickly threatening referral to collections. Maybe Agron doesn't realize what his billing team is doing, but it's still an embarrassment to the medical profession and to the local community.

My mom to the ER in Whittier for colitis and I couldn’t be with her because of COVID precautions but all the nurses and doctors took great care of her

The staff behind the desk was amazing with my kids. Immediately offered lollipops which made the visit great off the bat. The nurses and doctors were equally as wonderful with my kids. When we entered the exam room there Was a TV where we could put on Netflix or whatever we wanted to watch. It was already set to children’s TV so my daughter loved that. Great experience beginning to end.

Good service and good doctors. Glad I didn’t have to wait for hours like at previous ER trips

Very nice doctor. We took my father to Arcadia medical center for light headed and dizziness and Dr. Agron was the main doctor who took care of us. His exam was thorough. He asked questions, listened, explained everything he was doing along with his preliminary tests and going over the results with us. I am extremely happy we had Dr. Agron, he made the somewhat stressful experience quite easy and pleasant.
