I began calling at 8:30A to have a prescription filled. Had to leave a message. Never heard back. Called again and spoke to someone who said they would leave a message for the techs. Thought I was making progress . . . . got a call stating that my Rx had been phoned to pharmacy. Got in car and drove 15 mins to pharmacist --- nothing. Called Armani's office. Voice mail. Voice mail, voice mail. Got the receptionist. All techs are in clinic. Will call you later today or tomorrow. It's now almost 4:30P. Have given up. Customer service is pathetic. Called the pharmacy back just to make certain they didn't have it. The pharmacist called Armani's office. "everyone's in clinic." If you're counting on followup courtesy, forget it. If you need a refill, plan on it taking greater than 24 hours and an unnecessary trip to the pharmacy. Don't expect any apologies, either. Everyone's "in clinic."
