Dr. Michael B Bader

After receiving test results via that STUPID portal...WITH NO explanation other than "these results are XYZ...suggest you go see Dr. XYZ". In order for me to even SPEAK to Erin to get clarity on the tests SHE ordered to be run, I'd have to schedule another appointment and be CHARGED for it?! C'mon...that's shameful. Charged twice for ONE appointment. I should have been CALLED when something came back off in the ordered tests so I could ask questions. Not be told by staff, NOPE, she's happy to speak with you but set up another appointment (so we can put another charge through to your insurance co). I was even charged for a random question I asked at my annual visit because it was "outside" an annual exam. Um...I can't ask total health related questions at my annual visit? The nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING! The place has become nothing but "MONEY GRABBING". And is a clear example of what is WRONG with the healthcare system. On top of that, I do agree, the staff has has so… much turn over, that they have no idea what they are doing. My insurance information suddenly is a mess (well, why is that?!! who entered what incorrectly) and how was it missed for over TWO YEARS and now I AM THE ONE expected to fix it because of THEIR incompetence. Such a shame. I used to totally trust this office. Not any longer. I too after almost 35 years...have now left for another doctor who actually had staff directly answer the phone when I called...no re-routing, no press this for that person. A real human right away to SPEAK to.

I've been a patient for over 25 years and will not be returning. I don't know what is going on since he turned his practice over but it is horrible. Doreen is a love, the rest have to go. No one knows what's going on, they can't keep any staff, it's always different. When you call, no one answers and when they do they give you another number to call. What happened to this office? Where did the old staff go? You used to always have an issue getting through but could always depend on Bridget calling you back and giving you every answer you needed. This new manager is a train wreck. Sabrina was wonderful as well. Since they've left, the only normal one is Doreen who is clearly overworked. I no longer trust his or Erin's judgment. I think he should rethink where his practice is going because a lot of us life long patients are leaving!

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with a medical office. They do not ever answer the phone, they do not ever call back, they never get you referrals, they do not fill prescriptions. I've been forced to pay a huge unnecessary bill that insurance would have covered because they wouldn't call me back to give me the correct referral number. Absolutely avoid this place.

I don't like medical appointments, or writing reviews usually. But my appointment with Dr. Bader was worth a great review. He was informative, sharing his medical information, x-rays, and time. The wait time was short also. Quite a different doctor's appointment, as it was almost enjoyable!

I am very satisfied with Dr. Bader's care. I have been a patient of his for 15 years and he has always made me feel comfortable in his office.

I have been going to Dr. Bader for years and it appears that his staff is getting worse and worse. They will not check on your referral and never get back to You. When you are there they are down right rude.

Nice dr. The staff is terrible. Rude and nasty rolled into one. Because of his staff. I went elsewhere.

The majority of these reviews are negative. That should tell you something. I'll never go back.
