The surgery itself went smoothly, and the post-operative care was just as impressive. That time your son broke his nose while vacationing in the Greek Islands… came home and having it surgically reset.. I am posting this only to tell you all what an AMAZING doctor Michael Bergstein in Yorktown Heights is. Absolutely amazing!! If you need an ENT.. for any reason.. this mom wouldnt go anywhere else!! Zachary is well and in recovery and mom got through it all just fine.. and it is due to the incredible care and bedside manner of Dr. Bergstein and his entire team!!

my son had a deviated septum and adenoids that needed to be taken out. He suffered for a long time with this. Dr Bergstein and his staff were efficient, smart, able to listen to him, to give him respect that he deserves as a growing young man, brilliant in the actual surgery, but mostly super kind and generous in their caregiving. Dr. Bernstein has become a role model for my son. He is top-notch and I recommend him highly.

went to Dr. Bergstein to have wax removed from my ears. While I was there I told him about my past history with allergies. Years of misery, thousands of allergy pills and gallons of nasal decongestant sprays with very little relief. He suggested a nasal endoscopy which was easy and painless. The results were shocking. He saw mucus and stomach acid in my throat which indicated that I was suffering, not from allergies, but from acid reflux!! The bottom line is, I am feeling great and symptom free. Dr. Bergstein is a great physician who enjoys what he does and he has made my life a lot better.

Dr. Bergstein is a caring and experienced doctor. His diagnosis is always on point and my surgery recovery was almost painless and went better than he predicted. Something that I like particularly about him is that he does not downplay information and told me what I needed to know in simple terms which helped me manage my expectations.
