Dr. Ong is one of the kindest men I've ever met, and a great doctor to boot. The ladies in the office are nice as well. The problem with this office, though, is it's so hard to get an appointment to see the doctor. I hate to switch doctors because I like Dr. Ong so much but liking a doctor doesn't do me much good if I never get to see him.

I love Dr. Ong. He's very through. He spends time with his patients and listens to you. I had been with upmc and they never found any of the issues he does. I like the office staff especially Joann. I honestly would recommend him to anyone.

love doctor on he is awesome the only problem is they overbook patience you have to wait so long to see him that's my only complaint

I have never had a Doctor who is so on top of my medical status as is Dr. Ong. He is a delight to interact with, extremely knowledgeable and proactive with regards to my well being. He is in my opinion the quintessential example of what a family physician should be.

Dr Ong is a wonderful doctor. Very thorough and caring. His office staff on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. For the most part they are rude, loud & inconsiderate. The one young girl is the nicest there. I don't like that they don't call with test results unless there's a problem. And they don't call with appt reminders. I know both of these are time consuming but patients want to know. Overall, Dr. Ong is great, staff needs replaced.

Dr Ong is great, gives an accurate diagnosis,follow up on issues. the staff is horrible, mean, they act like they are to busy to answer any questions.

Dr. Ong is a caring man who actually listens to you. He is very thorough in his exam and really stresses preventative care. My only complaints are that he is out of the office a lot. And the staff does not call you with test results unless there is something wrong. And you are not permitted to call for results. If you do you are met with lots of bad attitude. Love the doctor, not fond of some office policies.
