Dr. Michael V. Como, MD

Dr. Como took the time to answer all my questions and he seems sincerely invested in getting to the root of my issue(s). Also, he's not a Rx pusher and respected my not wanting to be on any medication I may be uncomfortable with—and that's not absolutely necessary. These things, along with his making sure to cover all bases in seeing if my issue is even lung-related, in the first place, and not something else, scores major points with me. The office: CLEAN. The staff and team: Awesome. Everyone I dealt with was kind, friendly, and courteous. And there's ample free parking! I've found my pulmonologist!

If I could give this guy zero stars I would. Absolutely one of the most arrogant, condescending doctors I've ever met. Met him at St Francis, and he walked in never introduced himself or told us what kind of doctor he was. He spoke down to me, saw that my mother was ill and just wrote her off. Gave me some bull explanations for her condition without even looking at her. What on earth is St Francis doing with a doctor like this rude jerk??? How can someone like this even be a doctor?? Please look elsewhere. Do not use this person. OMG.

Left our loved one to pass. Please request a different Pulmonologist. Sr. Francis Hospital would be wise to begin taking a closer look at whom they employ to treat their patients.

Left our family member to pass in a hospital bed, with no remorse or compassion. A common procedure became a deadly one.

Dr Como was helpful to our family during a very challenging time. He comforted us and kept us informed. Amazing level of commitment to his role as pulmonary doc.

My first encounter with Dr Como was in saint Francis hospital. He took care of my very sick mother. Although there was not much they could do for my mother. He always spoke to me daily with hope and compassion. Every day he would give my family a update. He took such good care of my mother.

Dr Como was thoughtful and considerate he helped save my mothers life and for that we are eternally grateful. Highly reccomended. Hard working and responsive physician answered all out questions promptly and was very available.

Would not recommend. No bedside manner. Speaks down to you . Is very arrogant.

No eye contact, does not attempt to be patient or professional.Look elsewhere for care.
