Let’s put it this way: If you want a Doctor’s office where the “practice manager”, Andrea James, is truly convinced that she can yell at the patients, humiliate them in front of the other patients at the waiting room, tell you that if you need to ask a question to the Doctor you need to pay because “you are not his personal friend”. If you want a practice manager who when you ask if you could please let the Doctor know about something, her answer is that the Doctor cannot make any decisions as he is only an “employee” and she is the one in charge of the administrative decisions or in her own words, she is “the boss”. If you want an office manager that threatens you when she feels confronted about her lack of professionalism, If you want a practice manager that never, ever return your calls, is always upset and don’t even let you explain yourself, if you want a practice manager asking personal-private questions out loud from her desk instead of calling you to the window, if you want… an office that never call you about the results of your tests, even though there is an abnormal finding that needs to be reported immediately to the patient, if you want an office that when you call during business hours the answering machine says that the office is closed, if you want a Doctor’s office that doesn’t even call you to remind you of your next appointment…then this is the right place for you. If you think that this is a personal matter, please check the reviews about this office and in particular about this lady. They are self explanatory

Dr. Horowitz and his staff are friendly and accommodating. Dr. Horowitz was thorough in his examination and questioning with me. He has an experienced manner and was informative, compassionate and direct about my concerns.

Andrea, the office manager, seems to be a very unprofessional employee. She doesn't know how to deal with patients/other doctor's offices and has a VERY condescending attitude. Her communication skills are terrible. An office manager is ultimately responsible for the success of the entire staff - unfortunately, she doesn't have a clue of what it is to be a good manager and shouldn't be managing an office when she doesn't posses any leader skills.

Nevermind the staff and do not go to this doctor Everyone complains about the staff, which could improve, but my complaint is with the doctor. He seems to have so many personal issues that he cannot correctly concentrate in yours. My husband who is diabetic should have been referred to an endocrinologist years ago. He presented with so many many symptoms of cancer and should have been referred to a specialist, and was not. It is this kind of superficial, yet life threatening neglect that makes people die. We even got sucked into his expensive concierge sceem, and even when my husband wound up in the hospital he did not come to see him. Please run from this doctor.

Andrea the office manager is very rude so is Oj! Find another office they lie & don't give doctors messages

This was the worst experience in a Dr's office we've ever had. Rude staff and totally unprofessional environment. Stay away from this practice.
