My appointment was scheduled for 11.00 am on 8/28. I noticed that another patient had an appointment with the same doctor at the same time. I waited for over 30 minutes when I approached the front desk to find out how much longer it would take. I noticed that someone else that signed in after me had an appointment with the same doctorat 10.45. The staff told me after I had waited a total of +40 minutes that it should take another 30 min of wait. I canceled my appointment because I had lost all confidence with an office that overbooked appointments is not attentive to waiting patients like me!
