Dr Michael Baum has been my provider for many years. He is very thorough and never rushes through appointments. He is genuinely concerned about his patients and explains in detail any questions presented.

This doctor once told me I was not giving him enough business !!!! What am I supposed to do ??? Get sick more and take more medicines and give him business??? A few times I talked to his collegue and she explained me more about my patient history that Baum explained for the entire term I was there. Recently my business has dropped, so he doesnt meet me even when I visit his office and he is around. He lets interns meet me and give me advice. Arent interns taught by comming with the doctor?

The only thing that this doctor is conserned is how to maximize your insurance . He and his associate will order bunch of unnessesary tests . He will never answer you question over the phone and will make you come for a visit to get your answer ( this way he can charge your insurance and get your copay ) . The entire experience was very aggrevating . When I spoke up he wrote in my files that I have mental health diagnosis and that he provided me with behavioral counseling . Needless to say he billed for that as well.
