During my office visit with Karch. When returning from x rays he told me he had already put me on the schedule in 2 weeks for surgery. He just did it on his own without asking about my schedule. He also asked 'It's the left hip, right?' I replied 'no, it is the right.' I informed him of my concerns. He replied 'Don't worry, I'll take care of everything.' Then took care of nothing. I believe he just had an opening in his schedule and rushed me into it. Surgery needed to be cancelled since no after care was arranged. After most of a year trying to take care of everything myself, because he and his staff took care of nothing, He got frustrated with me and dropped me. Leaving me crippled and despondent. I have bipolar disorder and exercise is the only effective way of managing it. I can get no exercise at all now and have no way of managing my mental health. My once very active lifestyle has been reduced to sitting around doing nothing all day. How am I supposed to live like this?

Dr Karch rebuilt my elbow after a snowboard accident. It was a pretty serious injury with uncertain recovery prognosis. Thanks to Dr Karch's amazing work I have been able to get back to full, unrestricted use of my elbow for all sports (including handstands, pull-ups, weights etc). I am so grateful to have had the good fortune to have been treated by such a talented and experienced surgeon as Dr Karch. I'm forever grateful to him.

Dr. Karch was very professional and caring. He even adjusted his surgeries for that day to to get me right in based on his diagnosis of my issue

Had a knee arthroscopy as well as a achilles repair with Dr Karch. Excellent care and correction of my injuries. Very open and honest, great bedside manner. Very active in his community as well. Has many patients who are professional athletes and has a very good reputation amongst his peers.

I don't think it's possible to make an accurate diagnosis without palpating the area.

excellent bedside manner, friendly and professional at all times. understands the needs of athletes as he is an accomplished athlete. One of the most caring physicians I have met. excellent surgical technique in a wide variety of ortho problems.
