Dr Waters has been my doctor for over 10 years. He is great. With that said, however, his office staff and operation have declined to a horrible state. It is difficult to even get the phone answered. Then put on hold for lengthy periods. Finally, the office staff are unpleasant, not helpful, and will not allow messages for the doctor. Twice they have told me to go to Emergency Care because they were too busy.

I have been with Dr Waters since the beginning of his practice in Mandarin. When he moved to Atlantic Beach Blvd, I followed and stayed with him. Then I moved to another county, over an hour away from his office, but have remained his patient and will continue to remain so. On the initial interview I asked questions that were important to me & he did not hesitate a second to discuss any subject I wanted addressed. Through the years, I have Thanked God many times for this physician and his dedication to his profession and my family. He gave me 16 extra years of my youngest daughter's life, was there for her when she was in need of medical care and had none available to her. When my oldest daughter returned to the civilian life again, he was there once more. I personally will be in a very hard place when the day comes that he no longer practices medicine. Doctors like Dr Waters are so FEW and FAR between.

New doctor for me. But compared to other FLORIDA physicians, he's been the best. Very kind and thorough. I really like him.

Dr Waters is a very patient and caring physician. Staff is very friendly. They are almost always on time! I have been a patient here for 15 years and would not change for any reason.

Dr. Waters is an exceptional Doctor. He spends time with me and cares about my health. His office staff is always friendly. I drive across town to see Dr Waters, it is worth the drive!

Dr. Waters is absolutely wonderful I have been going to him for 16 years and even after I moved to the westside I still go to him. He is very caring and has always been understanding and helpful.

Great doctor. Very understanding and clearly willing to do whatever is needed to ensure his patients are properly cared for. I always ask a lot of questions and feel comfortable doing so because Dr. Waters willingness to listen to what you say or what you are worried about and honestly care. This really helps make visiting the doctors office a pleasant experience, rather than stressful.
