Told my Mother that all she needed was cream when she really had cerval cancer. He waited too long to treat her and then said all he would do was make her comfortable to die. Never even tried chemo or surgery as option. She always said she like his compassion but in the end she saw that he really had none for his patients. Threw her away like an old car he couldn't fix.

.27 Yrs ago, after dismissing 4 other Dr,'s regarding treatment of my 4th stage cervical cancer, I met Dr Michael Macfee.. After discussing a plan for my health and eventual surgery,, I KNEW he was the ONLY Dr. for me. Because of his caring and compassionate nature, and willingness to go along with me and wait to have the surgery, so I could have my baby, she and I are both still alive and here today. There is no amount of gratitude that can express what I feel for him. He is the BEST in his field, and I will be forever grateful for the longer life his expertise and good judgement, allowed me to have. God Bless you Michael! :>).I give you 5 stars!!

I was upset ans scared and Ruth calmed me down, Dr Mcafee was positive and knw how to make me understand what was going on and how he was going to handle my cancer - he was there every step of the way - THANK YOU to all. I am not done yet , but more rlax knowing I have the best in Augusta.
