Dr. Merkley is a wonderful human and surgeon. He has always listened to my concerns about having surgery. He is very thorough explains everything I need to know. I feel at ease with Dr. Merkley being my doctor. I truly have no worries about my surgery. I feel blessed to have gotten in to see him so soon.

Dr. Merkley is a very good doctor. He listens to your concerns and addresses each of them so you can understand. He's in no hurry to operate. He will if that's what you want. I'm glad to have him as my shoulder doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Merkley's for several years, and I've always been completely satisfied with all treatment given by him and his staff. I would highly recommend him for any treatment concerning the knees. I also recommend the Pekin location, it was within close proximity, and friendly atmosphere.

Dr Merkley is an excellent physician and surgeon. He and his staff have been great to answer any questions and have given me outstanding treatment. My should has never felt better!

I would definitely give Dr.Merkly a five star rating plus a thank you, for explaining my health care needs at my level, and taking the time to give me options for my care. He is keeper, and I hope he will be my physician for any further orthopedic care.

Dr Merkley and his staff are very professional and thorough. He repaired and reattached my torn bicep tendon as well repairing my rotator cuff all done very successfully. I would highly recommend him for performing any such surgery.
