I've been going to Dr McKenna for about 20 years. I recently had to see someone else who didn't have the "people skills" Dr Mckenna has. nor did they seem interested in spending time with me. I also really like Dr. McKenna's approach on let's get to the root cause and not just treat the symptom.

he was angry due to overbooking by his staff, and took it out on me, he apologized later, but it was too late. I made an appt. ahead of time, but he said he didn't have enough time for me due to his bad staff.
