Love how Dr Remillard takes time to listen to your problem and will promptly take care of a problem if you feel a medication you are on isn't working, would refer him to anyone!

The front desk staff, Especially Bonnie or Bunny (whatever her name is) is extremely rude. They failed to answer my questions, basically because they just didnt want to. I've never been treated this way by a doctor's office in my life. I will forever warn my friends and family about that place. Dr. Remillard isnt a bad doctor, he's just got HORRIBLE staff running his practice and that makes me sad for him. He deserves better.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Remillard for 15 years. We find him to be very attentive when we explain any problem we may be having and he always suggests answers or writes a prescription. I can’t imagine switching doctors. The office staff is friendly and helpful. His nurse is very nice and as efficient as any RN we know. We would recommend Dr. Remillard to anyone.

I have been to Dr. Remillard for a long time and I won’t go anywhere else. The staff there knows me and is super friendly. Dr Remillard is the only doctor I have found that is not about the money. He always takes time to listen to me and discuss options with me. If he doesn’t know something, he finds out. Great doctor and office!

My entire family have been patients with Dr Remillard for 13 years.....we are highly grateful for the quality care and bedside manners that Dr.Remillard has given with all our visits.I have never ever had any complaints with this practice whatsoever!!Please allow me to tell you about there wonderful staff...they are the bomb....they go above and beyond their call of duty in making sure that you are able to be seen in a fastly manor upon each available time requested....they see about your needs ...they are very concerned with any issues you might have..Dr.really takes the time to sit down with you and listen to you issues and concers about whatever illness you might have going on... I thank God for steering and guiding me in the path to Helena Family Medicine with Dr.Remillard and his wonderful staff.

Went to see Dr and he was RUDe and his staff was real a-holes, never again. I pay for healthcare and I be crap if I am going to be treated like this by a Dr or his staff.

Visited - 2 times - First visit he did not have time to listen to me or answer my questions as a new patient - with in 5 minutes he stood up - he picked up my purse and walked me out to the nurses station. 2nd visit - with out any kind of tests - declared I had a heart disease.

Prescription was not legible and doctor would not correspond with pharmacy to get my child needed ed medicine.
