My husband has been going to Dr, Rittenberg for many years, Since the other associates of Dr. left he continued alone but kept taking new patients. My husband had surgery and after had multiple problems. He would call and never got a return phone call about his situation. Kept talking to PA constantly and she stated that she told Dr. about issue. One time it took 2 months before hearing anything. When he went to his scheduled appt, Dr. started PA had not told him anything and he was unaware of situation. Apparently Dr. got mad and told my husband he does not make money on medicare patients. I called and had my husband's records transferred. Think long and hard and do research before you make an appointment with an urologist.

My husband and I have been patients for over 20 years. Dr. Rittenberg has always been kind and we both have had complete faith in him and his recommended treatments. Dr. Rittenberg has seen us on an emergency basis so whenever there's a wait time in his office I'm always patient because I feel he's giving another emergency the needed attention. His skills and devotion make him so special. Thank you Dr Rittenberg!

I was unusually nervous about this tes. I waited over an hour and a half in the waiting room. I was then taken to the examination room where, after preparation, I waited an additional half hour for Dr. Rittenberg to see me. The test revealed a problem, but by that point I was unable to think rationally about proposed treatment. I recognize that Dr. Rittenberg's CV is impressive, but no one who treats his patients so poorly is worth seeing. I will drive to NYC or Philadelphia rather than return to this office.

Fantastic doctor. Diagnosed my kidney cancer, performed the surgery and saved my life. That was 6 1/2 years ago. I see him every 6 months. One of the kindest people I know
