Top notch. That's pretty much all I can say. They are a good drive away but man, they are awesome. From the nice ladies at the front desk, to the caring ladies in the back and the 2 outstandingly nice Dr's. Thank you Dr Russell for my visit

Dr Russell was very professional. He took the time to educate me on my condition. I felt a lot better leaving his office with the options he gave me. I would use him in the future though I hope I don’t need to.

Dr. Russell left the office, leaving both my husband and myself at ease and we felt very confident that Dr Russell could help me. Dr Russell performed back surgery on me January 2023 and did an outstanding job. I was completely pain free. I have another issue now and I know I am in excellent hands. The back is very delicate and Dr Russell is very knowledgeable and has a fantastic bedside manner. He explains everything in detail. We never felt rushed. Dr. Russell shows great care for his patients. I am glad appointments can be made for me to see him in Mt. Pleasant which is more convenient from our home. I am about to have my second surgery with him.

This is my second neck surgery preformed by Dr Russell. Also did two back surgeries. Both went great. Wouldn't let anyone else do my surgeries.

Dr. Russell has been my back surgeon for several years and I have complete trust that he has my best interest, he is a perfectionist who while may not talk as much some people would expect, will take time to explain anything you feel uncertain about. Equally important in choosing an office is his nurse, Haley, who is delightful and also has your needs set as her priority. When you contact her, she can be relied upon to respond faster than any doctor’s nurse I’ve ever placed my care in. Appointments are always on time and they have a front desk system that actually works. Competent and good demeanors.
