Dr. Michael Segarra received his B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and his M.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed his pediatric residency at Bellevue/NYU Medical Center and did a fellowship in pediatric ambulatory care at the same institution. He is board certified in pediatrics and a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Segarra has been a Bristol-Meyers-Squibb Clinical Scholar award winner. Dr Segarra was named in Consumers' Research Council of America "Guide to America's Top Pediatricians". He served as president of the American Academy New Jersey Chapter from 2008 to 2010. Dr. Segarra is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School/UMDNJ. He enjoys photography, biking and golf. Dr. Segarra is married and has two children.
