Spondylolisthesis with stenosis and radiculopath Dr. Kachmann is an excellent surgeon and performed the ALIF procedure on my back. He is personable, thorough, straight forward and answered all of my questions so that I was prepared as much as possible. I do not hesitate recommending him!

I have had chronic spine and sciatic nerve pain for over 2 decades. I had a 2-level fusion in 2011 that did not bring any relief. I had spinal injections and PT to try to help but I found no relief with any of these. Then came Dr Kachmann. He did a fusion from T9-S and anchored it all to my pelvis. When I woke from the procedure, I felt some surgery pain, (a lot less than I had anticipated,) but all the chronic pain was gone. It was amazing! After only a few weeks, most of the surgery pain was gone. When I saw the x-rays of my spine, I coud not believe how pristine and brand new my spine looked, by shape. This has truly changed my life! He totally fixed me. I have minimal pain, some tingling still and numbess, but the pain is going. He fixed 3 disks and removed one disk, and stablized 3 disks, and stablinzed the nerve. He has been a blessing

Dr Kachmann was attentive, concerned and informative. Lower back surgery gave me immediate results. Recovery was great, just follow doctors orders and be patient.
