Dr. Spence is truly No. 1 in my book! He diagnosed my P.D. at its very onset. I am grateful to him for that, but also for the excellent care he has given us for the past 25 years.

I have been a patient of his for over 25 years and he is always considerate of my concerns. He listens to the problem and then offers his ideas on how to proceed. He always takes into consideration what you think about the problem. He also does not hesitate to tell you the truth, with compassion; if you need to lose weight, for example, or stop smoking. He will then make every effort to help you. Do make an appt. and judge for yourself how understanding he is.

Very kind and considerate,listens and does not talk "AT" you but with you. Gives you the facts on improving your health and suggestions to help you make an informed decision. Never has been demeaning or condescending. Very professional and knowledgeable, staff is also caring, kind and professional. I would recommend Dr Spence to my family, friends and strangers.
