Dr Stept has known of my husbands breaks with reality for years but instead of being a concerned, good, Dr, he prescribed him several very strong sleeping pills to sleep and the Ritalin to get up. He hasn’t even seen my husband in person in over a year. But every month like clockwork he gets his scripts in the mail and called in to Walmart. Why did you never listen when I told you he has lost his ability to function in society. He sleeps an average of 20 hours a day, MOST DAYS HE SLEEPS UP TO 36-40 hours. He looks like death warmed over and cares for no one and nobody. Things he used to take great pride in like our home has completely fallen to the wayside. The company he and I busted our backs to make prosper he took it upon himself to just shut down. This put employees we had for 18 and 15 years left to fend for themselves. He never bathes or leaves his bedroom anymore unless it’s to do things that make no sense and are counterproductive. I came to you Dr., several years ago begging… you to change his meds and to tell you how he had started putting his skin samples in my freezer! Now he has wasted away to about 130 pounds, pale as a ghost, and when he does go anywhere, he wears rubber gloves on his hands like Hugh Hefner! This is not ok nor will it ever be! How can u prescribe such strong meds and not even see him in over a year? He care for nothing and you keep feeding his ego and his drug habits. Because he will swear there’s no problem at all. I hope you will rectify this immediately or that someone will. You always seemed like a nice man, but your prescriptions have cost me everything too because I lost my husband, my job, and now my home is falling in because he hasn’t done repairs in years. My home is 116 yr old wood house. Do something and put him in the hospital and detox him from all the meds. Please
