I've been going to Dr. Valle for a little over 5 years now. Out of any office I've ever had experience with, his staff is amazing! Dr. Valle does have a strong personality, which did take me a visit or so to get use to, but now I find he is just very straight forward, and myself having a dry personality, I find him humorous, and I enjoy my visits. Any questions I have, he takes the time to answer and explain them for me.

Dr. Valle really left me hanging. His diagnosis was incomplete. His ego is hard to deal with. Office staff is rude and doesn't return calls. Couldn't get a follow up appointment because his schedule is always full so I asked to see another doctor in this facility. The doc I asked to see specializes in my condition more than Valle does so this seemed logical to me. This request upset the huge ego and I got a letter in the mail telling me that no doctor in this office would treat me because I asked to switch docs. Very unprofessional. Now I can never see the doctor who specializes in my condition because Valle can't handle the thought that he might have missed something or been wrong.

It is a real problem trying to get an appointment with him for follow-up appointments

This Dr. is worried more about teaching his students than patient concerns and questions. If you ask a question he will ignore it and go on to something else. There are a lot of great Dr,'s this one seemed to be more like a teacher to his students than a person who was worried about patient concerns.
