Dr. Michael Neil Waltzman, MD

I got caught behind a bad accident that had just happened on Route 25. I have bad laryngitis and have been waiting days for this appointment. I called the office twice trying to update about them about my eta. I spoke to three different people who told me that they were “checking” with the doctor to see if I could still come in. I pulled into the lot at exactly 15 minutes late and the office called me on another line (I was on hold with the second person at the office when the call came in.) They told me I was too late and the doctor had already left so now I’m stuck-still sick. Incredibly disappointed but this seems consistent with others experience with this office.
