I don't know where these 5* come from. I have had a terrible experience. I went to see her as a possible internist when mine moved to cash only. I had not mde the decision to change providers, but Dr. Bailey changed everything in the Rush system without my approval. Most recently I needed a prescription filled, I called on Wednesday and was told to make an appt to see her - next available 6 wks out. Another provider called to explain the situation and recommend the prescription. I was told by her nurse she would call back and order the prescription - neither has happened. Now looking for an internist who actually returns calls.

She is professional, yet personable. Her bedside manners are AMAZING! Especially in this day in age where most doctors just come in and say a few words and then allow the nurses do the rest of the care plan. I have been with her for almost 5 year.. she has helped me keep my health in tip top shape! The office is great, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. She will ALWAYS be my doctor!
