Dr. Horne and her office sent me home with an expired fecal test kit and basically lied to me for 4 months, telling me that they had sent for another kit, finally telling me I would have to pick one up at Quest. Also wanted me to pay for office visit to receive routine test results from test.

Absolutely wonderful doctor. Spends time, listens ... prompt attention to prescriptions and referrals, and a very warm personality. A pleasure to find a doctor whom I can trust with confidence. Dr. Horne is also affiliated with the Monterey Hospital which is another reason I chose her. I am a female senior and feel she can address all my medical and nutrition issues with balance. I have high expectations after years of physical challenges and choosing the right doctor is important to me. I feel I chose an exceptional doctor, who also holds multiple degrees. Impressive!
